Active in commercial real estate since 2009, Director Tom Hunter specializes in Industrial Landlord and Tenant representation and Owner/User representation in the purchase of muti-tenant and single-tenant industrial buildings.
Tom’s extensive leasing experience drives his ability to prepare robust market studies, to develop and implement effective marketing plans and to navigate complex lease negotiations. He excels in financial analysis, lease preparation and execution as well as property management and tenant upfit.
A licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Tom is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and is part of the National Association of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate at University of Georgia and served in the United States Marine Corps.
An Atlanta native, Tom now resides in Suwanee with his wife and three children. Outside of work, Tom attends church and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, running and spending time with family.
