Active in Atlanta’s commercial real estate market since 2000, Senior Director Mindy Elms specializes in tenant and buyer representation, with a focus on chef-driven, local restaurants. She also represents owners of shopping centers and mixed-use developments in their leasing efforts.
Mindy works with Atlanta’s finest restaurants as well as national and franchise-driven brands and also boasts proven experience in office, industrial, and retail tenant representation across the Southeast. Her deep understanding of all facets of the real estate process coupled with her strong relationships with landlords, owners, and other brokers positions her for client success.
Mindy is active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and ICSC.
Mindy studied Business Administration at Western Carolina University. When not working, Mindy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
