With Lavista since 2013, Joe possesses expertise in office, industrial and flex building assets throughout metropolitan Atlanta. He represents buyers and sellers in the sale process and serves as a tenant representative for local, regional and national companies. Joe also manages project leasing for private and institutional owners.
A licensed Georgia real estate agent, Joe is active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from The University of West Georgia.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and traveling.
