Joe Gonsalves

With Lavista since 2013, Senior Director Joe Gonsalves possesses expertise in office, industrial and flex building assets throughout metropolitan Atlanta. He represents buyers and sellers in the sale process and serves as a tenant representative for local, regional and national companies. Joe also manages project leasing for private and institutional owners.
A licensed Georgia real estate agent, Joe is active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from The University of West Georgia.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and traveling.
