With Lavista for 50 years, Senior Director Bobby Mayson specializes in industrial leasing and sales, serving local, national and international clients, with a specific focus on Rockdale County and Conyers, Georgia.
With well-honed knowledge of the industrial market and sophisticated negotiation skills, Bobby is responsible for the development, sale or leasing of over 15M sq. ft. of industrial space in Rockdale County, including the development of four major industrial parks in Conyers.

Bobby earned a Bachelor of Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. He serves as an Elder (Emeritus) at Perimeter Church in Johns Creek, GA, and enjoys long weekends in Cashiers, NC, longstanding trips to St. Simons Island, and spending time with his five grandchildren.
