Lavista Senior Accountant Adam Wappes is responsible for the property accounting of a portfolio of retail centers, office buildings and industrial facilities. His organizational acumen drives his success in both corporate and property accounts receivable and payable processes, bank reconciliations as well as lease and sale commission processing.
Adam earned ICSC’s Certified Shopping Center Manager designation and an Associates of Arts from St. Petersburg College.
In his free time, Adam enjoys model planes, trains and automobiles and following residential real estate and home improvement trends on HGTV.
