Director Matthew Clark specializes in industrial investment sales. Prior to joining Lavista, Matthew spent five years in the commercial real estate investment and brokerage industry in Charleston, SC, where he executed investment sales across the industrial, medical office, and multifamily asset classes while concurrently facilitating the acquisition of approximately 350,000 square feet of value-add industrial and retail properties.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Matthew served as an Associate within the Private Bank at Truist Financial Corporation in Atlanta, supporting the management of more than $2 billion in assets.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of The Westminster Schools. He holds active commercial real estate licenses in Georgia and South Carolina.

An Atlanta native, Matthew resides in the Peachtree Hills neighborhood with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, golf, and landscaping projects at home.

Ryan O’Connor

Ryan O’Connor is an Associate Director specializing in tenant and landlord representation at Lavista Associates, Inc.. He focuses on helping clients identify strategic opportunities through thoughtful market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiation while building long-term relationships grounded in responsiveness, communication, and trust.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Ryan worked in the golf industry at nationally recognized clubs including Diamond Creek Golf Club and Congaree Golf Club. He also contributed to the ground-up design and development of Wicker Point Golf Club alongside renowned golf course architects Coore & Crenshaw. These experiences helped shape his detail-oriented and relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & International Affairs from Wake Forest University, and he graduated from The Marist School in Atlanta. Ryan is active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and Young Council of Realtors (YCR). Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and following Atlanta and Wake Forest athletics.

Director Matt LaHood specializes in commercial office investment sales. His understanding of the complexities of Atlanta’s office market, combined with his business acumen and investment experience, positions him as an invaluable resource to guide investors through all aspects of the sale process.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University and is a member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. He is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.

Matt founded CILAX (Central Illinois Lacrosse Association), a club that now hosts dozens of youth Lacrosse programs, significantly increasing awareness of and participation in the sport. He is an active member of the Itoo Men’s Club and USA Lacrosse. Matt also founded Family Fellowship Foundation which has granted hundreds of scholarships to various Atlanta area Christian schools. In his free time, he enjoys shore fishing on the Florida panhandle and deep-sea fishing off the coast with his friends.

Director Clay Corley specializes in industrial and office investment sales with supporting experience representing Landlords, Tenants and Owner/Users. Clay’s knowledge of Atlanta’s industrial and office markets combined with his experience with the appraisal of industrial, office and retail assets in the Southeast provides him with a unique perspective when valuing and positioning investment assets to maximize returns.

Clay is a licensed real estate agent and licensed appraiser trainee in Georgia as well as an active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Young Council of Realtors. Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a Master of Science in Retailing & Tourism Management at the University of Kentucky. He entered the commercial real estate industry as a summer intern with White Oak Commercial Real Estate in Lexington, Kentucky, before moving to Georgia soon after to continue his career.

In his free time, Clay participates in tennis, pickleball, shooting, fishing, skiing and watching Kentucky sports. He loves to travel to new places and explore Atlanta with friends.

Senior Director Graham Perry specializes in tenant representation, providing a full spectrum of consulting services to both corporate and individual clients. Graham’s focus has been on helping small and medium-sized businesses with their office and industrial real estate needs. Whether that is a sale or a lease, he has personally been involved in hundreds of transactions. Graham’s exceptional attention to detail and disciplined focus helped him become one of the youngest brokers in the nation to earn the SIOR designation. He achieved this distinction as an office specialist at just 34 years old.

Since starting his commercial real estate career in 2013, Graham has over $275M in transactional experience and completed transactions across the country. He is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and is fluent in Spanish. 

Graham graduated from Hampden-Sydney College where he played college football. He is married with two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth football at Northside Youth Organization.

He’s earned the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Silver Phoenix Award for 25+ years of million-dollar production.

Rob is a 30-year member of the Board of Trustees for the Wesleyan School, Inc. and was honored with their Stewardship Award in 2019. He was also an Organizing Director at KeyWorth Bank and worships at Peachtree Church.

Active in commercial real estate since 2004, Senior Director Rush Bradley specializes in the investment sale of office, industrial, and retail properties. He joined Lavista in 2009 and has been a Partner since 2014. He focuses on the disposition and acquisition of middle market investment properties and has deep experience in assisting financial institutions with distressed assets.

Rush has experience as a tenant-representation broker, with a focus on corporate services, offering full-service support to clients with varied real estate needs. He excels at assisting clients throughout the entire leasing and sales process, specifically office leasing and disposition and land acquisition.

Previously, Rush was a Senior Director and top producer for GVA Advantis and Transwestern. He was also a principal at Asset Advisory Group. Prior to commercial real estate, he consulted as a Senior Manager for Accenture and TenFold Corporation.

Rush is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Art at Colgate University and a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Rush enjoys golf, skiing, and sailing in the Caribbean with family and friends. He is a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and is married with two daughters.

Director John Cape specializes in both Office Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation for clients. With 20+ years’ commercial real estate experience, John possesses extensive market knowledge of metro Atlanta, with a specific focus on North Atlanta and surrounding submarkets, which drives his success with mid-sized single and multi-tenant office condominium projects and office investment properties.

In 2009, John completed a comprehensive Metro Wide Office Condo Study Analysis, the first in the Atlanta market, providing clients with accurate market data and an unrivaled resource for this product type. The study is still updated quarterly and is a critical resource for clients.

An active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, John has been in the Million Dollar Club since 2008 and also participates with the Young Council of Realtors.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University and studied at the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga, lettering two years in basketball.
