Ryan O’Connor is an Associate Director specializing in tenant and landlord representation at Lavista Associates, Inc.. He focuses on helping clients identify strategic opportunities through thoughtful market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiation while building long-term relationships grounded in responsiveness, communication, and trust.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Ryan worked in the golf industry at nationally recognized clubs including Diamond Creek Golf Club and Congaree Golf Club. He also contributed to the ground-up design and development of Wicker Point Golf Club alongside renowned golf course architects Coore & Crenshaw. These experiences helped shape his detail-oriented and relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & International Affairs from Wake Forest University, and he graduated from The Marist School in Atlanta. Ryan is active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and Young Council of Realtors (YCR). Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and following Atlanta and Wake Forest athletics.

Doug Myers

Director Doug Myers specializes in industrial owner-user and investment sales. At Lavista, he focuses on site selection, lease negotiation, marketing strategy, as well as landlord and tenant representation.

Doug is an active member of both the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and Young Council of Realtors (YCR). Doug volunteers for the Northside Youth Organization (NYO) and is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA).

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Valdosta State University.

When not working, Doug enjoys fishing the Lowcountry of Georgia for inshore target species, being in the outdoors, following Georgia football, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Director Clay Corley specializes in industrial and office investment sales with supporting experience representing Landlords, Tenants and Owner/Users. Clay’s knowledge of Atlanta’s industrial and office markets combined with his experience with the appraisal of industrial, office and retail assets in the Southeast provides him with a unique perspective when valuing and positioning investment assets to maximize returns.

Clay is a licensed real estate agent and licensed appraiser trainee in Georgia as well as an active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Young Council of Realtors. Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a Master of Science in Retailing & Tourism Management at the University of Kentucky. He entered the commercial real estate industry as a summer intern with White Oak Commercial Real Estate in Lexington, Kentucky, before moving to Georgia soon after to continue his career.

In his free time, Clay participates in tennis, pickleball, shooting, fishing, skiing and watching Kentucky sports. He loves to travel to new places and explore Atlanta with friends.

Active in commercial real estate since 2004, Senior Director Rush Bradley specializes in the investment sale of office, industrial, and retail properties. He joined Lavista in 2009 and has been a Partner since 2014. He focuses on the disposition and acquisition of middle market investment properties and has deep experience in assisting financial institutions with distressed assets.

Rush has experience as a tenant-representation broker, with a focus on corporate services, offering full-service support to clients with varied real estate needs. He excels at assisting clients throughout the entire leasing and sales process, specifically office leasing and disposition and land acquisition.

Previously, Rush was a Senior Director and top producer for GVA Advantis and Transwestern. He was also a principal at Asset Advisory Group. Prior to commercial real estate, he consulted as a Senior Manager for Accenture and TenFold Corporation.

Rush is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Art at Colgate University and a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Rush enjoys golf, skiing, and sailing in the Caribbean with family and friends. He is a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and is married with two daughters.

Scott Horowitz has invested more than 30 years in the commercial real estate industry and draws on his breadth of experience to support clients with complex industrial lease, sale and real estate strategies. He joined Lavista as a Senior Director in 2015 and strives to exceed his clients’ expectations by providing creative solutions for each project.

Scott has successfully negotiated more than 450 transactions, totaling more than 100 million sq. ft. for his local and regional clients.

Scott earned the Top Ten Producer Award, the Phoenix Award and the CoStar Power Broker Award. He continues to be active in the Georgia Chapter of SIOR as well as the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

An Atlanta native, Scott earned his Bachelor of Art from Miami University (Ohio). He is committed to philanthropy, co-chairing the annual Fundraiser for Adults with Disabilities for over 10 years and participating in the Major Gifts campaign raising money for Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.

Senior Director Art Murray specializes in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of corporate properties and manages site location work and build-to-suit projects for local, national and international firms. Art has leased or sold over 20M sq. ft. of industrial properties, utilizing his extensive lease negotiation experience to serve corporate tenants for their warehouse, industrial, R&D and office space needs.

Art has developed numerous facilities for corporations on a fee development basis, managing the site location, site due diligence, architect and engineer engagement, bidding the project to GC’s and bringing the project to completion.

Senior Director David Pope joined Lavista in 2007 and became partner in 2016. He has extensive experience selling and leasing both industrial and office properties, as well as site selection and Tenant representation across the country. A few of David’s past and present clients include GE, High Street Logistics, Link Logistics, D.R. Horton, Toccoa Capital Management, Faith & Freedom Coalition and McMichael & Gray, P.C.

David has been active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and a Million Dollar Club member since 2010. He was also honored with the ACBR’s Phoenix Award in 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Art in Communications from the University of Georgia, graduating in 2006.

David is a long-time member of Perimeter Church in Johns Creek. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. The family can often be found on a ballfield or at the farm, hunting or fishing together.
