Associate Director
Will Harty is an Associate Director at Lavista Associates, Inc., where he specializes in office tenant and landlord representation. He is committed to providing exceptional client service through thoughtful market research, strong communication, and a relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Lavista, Will interned with Wildmor Advisors, where he gained hands-on experience supporting office and industrial leasing and brokerage teams. His internship provided valuable exposure to market research, tenant engagement, pipeline management, and submarket analysis, helping build a strong foundation in commercial real estate.
Will earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Georgia Southern University, where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.
Outside of the office, Will attends Christ Covenant Church and enjoys golfing, playing tennis, snowboarding, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on Atlanta’s professional sports teams.
