Lavista Wins Two Leasing & Mangagement Assignments

Sarofim Realty Advisors, a Dallas-based real estate investment advisory service firm, has awarded Lavista Associates, Inc. the leasing and management assignments for The Forum on Peachtree Parkway and Spalding Ridge in Norcross, Georgia. Located in the heart of the Norcross/Peachtree Corners submarket, these two projects represent 218,237 square feet of Class A, mid-rise office space.

The Forum on Peachtree Parkway is a three-story, 90,004 square foot facility directly adjacent to The Forum retail center, that offers unparalleled access to area amenities and infrastructure. Spalding Ridge, located in the center and highest point of the Spalding Triangle development, consists of 128,233 square feet in five stories and caters to the markets most corporate conscious tenants.

Rob Binion, Kirven Brantley and Tom Davenport of Lavista Associates, Inc. will represent the Owner in the marketing of the properties, while Dean Weaver will oversee the day-to-day management of the facilities.
