Boise Building Materials Build-to-Suit Complete

Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of a Build-to-Suit for Boise Building Materials Distributions in Auburn, Georgia. Boise executed a long-term lease December of 2006 with Developer and Landlord, John W. Rooker & Associates, Inc., and celebrated their official move to the new site this past Fall.

Serving as one of Boise’s regional office/distribution centers, this 155,000 square foot office/warehouse building is situated on 36.84 acres. The building has 11,500 square feet of office space, 28’ clear ceiling height, is serviced by a CSX rail spur and has access to approximately 16 acres of outside storage. This new, expanded facility will allow Boise to better service its Southeastern United States customer base.

Tom Cooksey of Lavista Associates, Inc. represented Rooker in the land acquisition and Boise Building Materials in the lease transaction.
