Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of a 66,735 square foot industrial building at 3000 Sidney Lanier Drive in Brunswick, Georgia to Jered, LLC.  As a wholly owned subsidiary of PaR Systems, Inc. Jered is focused on providing marine customers with specialty equipment/cargo handling systems and deck machinery and is a world leader in manufacturing and systems integration for defense, commercial and industrial engineering applications.

This new location will be the headquarters for Jered’s business operations and the primary assembly site for the higher technology products for the defense market Jered develops and manufactures. Their existing Brunswick location will continue to operate as the fabrication and large assembly site.  

This highly-specialized, crane-served building, situated on 20-acres adjacent to the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport, offers 31’ ceiling heights and extensive dock-high and drive-in loading capacity, serving to enhance Jered’s comprehensive fabrication capabilities.  The new facility provides the additional square feet of space, with future expansion capacity, for Jered to achieve their growth projections and better serve their customers’ future needs.  Jered is scheduled to occupy the new facility in the spring of 2010.
