Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 64,030 SF of industrial space to Greenline Foods, Inc.

Greenline Foods farms, processes and markets millions of pounds of fresh trimmed green beans year-round to wholesalers and distributors across the country.  They are the only vertically-integrated fresh trimmed green bean producer in North America.

This free-standing warehouse, located at 4280 Stacks Road in College Park, Georgia, is situated on 6 acres with additional land for expansion.  With extensive loading capacity and over 28,000 SF of freezer/cooler space, this new distribution center for Greenline will further enhance their temperature-controlled, nationwide supply chain logistics service.
