Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the lease up of the two-story 16,000 SF office building located at 11405 Old Roswell Road in Roswell, Georgia. 

LG Electronics USA, Inc. needed the space to open a training academy to support their rapidly growing air conditioner business.  According to LG, “the strategic location of the new facility places LG in a position to deliver the best hands-on product training for a region of the country with high demand for commercial air conditioning systems.”  The company’s local operations for LG Mobile Phones and LG Digital Appliances are also located in their new state-of-the art facility.
