Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the ground breaking of  17.7 + acres on West Johns Crossing in Johns Creek, Georgia.   Trammell Crow Atlanta Development, Inc., a national development company and subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, acquired the property, adjacent to the new Emory Johns Creek Hospital, from JC Office, LLC  in the September 25, 2007 transaction for $8,650,000.

The developer has plans to deliver two approximately 100,000 square foot four-story medical office buildings with decked parking.
